INSULATED CERAMIC FLOOR
The insulated oven floor uses interchangeable firebricks that retain and transmit heat. This coupled with the stainless steel dome allows the oven to reach and maintain temperatures with maximum efficiency.

DOMED HOOD
Allows you to cook pizza perfectly on both sides and redistribute the flame along the roof of the cooking chamber.
